The Indian Space Research Organisation (Isro) chairman S Somanath had also recently said that the satellite launch vehicle market is grim and that there are rockets available but are waiting for demand. Pawan Goenka, chairman of Indian private Space sector regulator IN-SPACe told ET, "There is limited demand right now outside the government and that is where IN-SPACe is focussing.
