School district responds as Virginia governor bans cellphones in schools

Gov. Glenn Youngkin issued an executive order that allows school districts in Virginia to ban the use of cellphones in public schools. The Hanover County School Board followed suit and voted to not allow students access to their phones, citing technology and social media for the rise in mental health issues in children. The collision occurred on an expressway in Uttar Pradesh state, and 19 injured people have been rushed to a hospital. Their condition is reported to be stable.
