BMW hit-and-run: Mumbai court extends police remand of Sena leader's driver till July 11

A Mumbai court extended the police custody of Rajesh Shah's driver, Rajrishi Bidawat, until July 11 in the fatal BMW hit-and-run case. Bidawat was with Mihir Shah, the prime accused, when the car struck and killed Kaveri Nakhwa and injured her husband. Rajesh Shah, a Shiv Sena politician, is also implicated. Police sought extended custody to interrogate Bidawat further. The accused fled the scene after the accident, leading to charges under various sections, including culpable homicide.
