To the editor: Secor roundabout bad idea

I’ve seen questionable roadway projects before, but the proposed roundabout, or as I call it, “roundingdoubt,” at Secor Road and Kenwood Boulevard, is one of the dumbest. It is touted to improve safety at the intersection, but anyone I’ve spoken with says these traffic circles are very confusing and actually invited chance accidents, not deter them. In addition, roundabouts are not attractive and require taking a portion of resident properties.
