Celebrate National S'mores Day with the Girl Scouts (who coined the term)

As the food holidays calendar tells us, today is National S’more’s Day. It’s a big deal for the Girl Scouts of America, who have a legitimate claim on the coinage of, if not the advent of, the campfire treat.
