Highest Russian crude output since Soviet times

Russia’s oil production in September hit a new record for the post Soviet era, at 10.74 million barrels a day (mbd), according to Rusmininfo. Output was up by 0.4 percent compared to August. The previous best performance was recorded in March at 10.71 (mbd).
