Man stabbed to death at Manhattan subway station: NYPD
NEW YORK (PIX11) – Two people were stabbed at a Manhattan subway station, one of them fatally, Saturday evening, according to police.
Officers received a 911 call about a stabbing at 7:05 p.m. at the 14th Street and Sixth Avenue subway station, police said.
Two men were found to be stabbed near the mezzanine area of the station, police said.
Emergency Medical Services took the victims to a local hospital. A 24-year-old male stabbed in the lower torso is expected to survive. A separate unidentified male was pronounced deceased by hospital staff, authorities said.
Two people are currently being questioned in connection with the incident. No arrests have been made. A full investigation is ongoing, police said.
