Fallen stars: Fenerbahce drop Puma for Adidas after Galatasary-fuelled dispute
November 22 – Fenerbahce are swapping Puma for a five-year deal with Adidas after a dispute with Puma who had opted to prioritise their deal with Galatasary in the Turkish market.
While Fenerbahce have gained the reputation of being able to start an argument in a room on their own, the refusal to play second-fiddle to Puma’s focus on Galatasary is understandable and certainly would not have been accepted by the club’s fans.
